 Application 1: N,N-Dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal is used as a reagent for synthesizing pyridine derivatives with inhibitory effects, which are effective in inhibiting the PI3 kinase p110α enzyme.

Application 2: Used as an intermediate for the drug Zaleplon.

Application 3: Organic synthesis, pharmaceutical synthesis intermediates, precursor for methylamine synthesis. Preparation of 1,2,3-triketones and indoles, condensing agent for quinolone drugs. It can be used in the synthesis of drugs like Ofloxacin, Milrinone, and Allopurinol. Used as an intermediate for the drug Zaleplon.
